## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Janitor to join our team. The Cleaner/Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and sanitary.
## Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
## Requirements
- No experience necessary--training on the job provided
- At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's license
- Pass a background and reference check
- Ability to work independently
- Have reliable transportation
- Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
- Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are met
- Ability to clean, maintain, and organize various spaces efficiently

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
