The Blending Technician is an integral part of our Manufacturing team based out of our US - Sarasota, FL site.
Phibro Biotechnics is a worldwide leader in the development of bioproducts for a large range of bioremediation and bioaugmentation applications including wastewater, soil/ground water, industrial, consumer products, poultry and agriculture. We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to join our Blending Department in this full time, entry-level position. This position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with occasional weekend work and OT potential. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Able to perform repetitive blending and line bottling operations
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic arithmetic skills such as adding, subtracting, and measuring volume/weight
- Have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to perform daily duties safely in a fast paced, team environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment including general cleaning duties for plant and employee safety
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP practices
- All manufacturing activities will be performed according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Be a team player as well as self-motivating
