## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of our properties.
## Responsibilities
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Clean and sanitize empty units
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
## Experience
- Proven experience in turnover cleaning or residential, floor care, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision-
-Must have cleaning supplies
-transportation (no public transportation)
-Carpet cleaner preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
