Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Professional Cleaners to join our team as subcontractors. This role offers the flexibility of subcontracting with the potential for full-time work based on your availability and preference. As a subcontractor, you will manage your own schedule while providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those who take pride in their work and enjoy the freedom of managing their own schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Interact professionally with clients to understand and address their specific cleaning needs
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for cleaning and safety
- Use and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any issues or feedback to NexaClean Solutions management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years as a cleaner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must obtain your own general liability insurance policy (we provide a simple SOP to guide you through this process)
