We are seeking a full-time housekeeper to service 2 single-family residences on a weekly basis (3 weekdays at the first home, 2 weekdays at the second.) The homes are owned by closely-related family members. One home is 4,138sqft; the second is 5,140sqft.
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position with benefits; paid overtime available. Multiple positions may be available as needed.
General responsibilities will include:
· Cleaning and tidying of primary living areas daily, including kitchen, living room(s) dining areas and powder bath(s)
· Occupied bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned weekly
· Guest rooms cleaned bi-weekly or monthly, or as needed
· Assist with cycling laundry (particularly towels and linens)
· Occasional cleaning of additional rooms, pool house, gym, etc. as needed (est. every other month or less on average)
· Assist with general organizational and storage tasks
· Maintain household cleaning supply inventories
· Trash and recycling
· Seasonal deep cleaning
· Other housekeeping-related duties as needed (window cleaning, cleaning for guest stays and special events, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
