Job Overview
We are a Denver-based, cleaning and property services company. We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team to focus on cleaning houses and vacant apartments.
Duties
The cleaner will be responsible for vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, cleaning and mopping floors, cleaning windows, emptying trash, notifying management of low cleaning supplies or malfunctioning equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, floor care, commercial cleaning, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to communicate in English verbally or through a translator application
Must be able to legally work in the United States
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
