Job Summary
We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an evening shift that can be completed between 4 PM and 10 PM. Candidate must report no later than 6PM. Work schedule is Tuesday-Sunday. Mondays off.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the maintenance team
- Restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and schedules
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
