Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and fold linens and towels
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair need
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents or guests
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is desirable
- Experience in commercial cleaning and floor care is an advantage
MADs Cleaning is looking for professional cleaners to help us grow our client list. We offer flexible scheduling options. At this time the job is strictly commissions (60/40).
