## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. Part time or full time. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various homes and businesses.
## Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as wiping, scrubbing, dusting, polishing, folding, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
- BNB turnovers (clean, laundry, restocking & re-staging home)
- Disinfect surfaces and restrooms
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas (commercial & BNB)
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
## Skills
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
