Please read this entire job description. This is a 1099 position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to grow, be reliable, and follow direction, communicate well, and have attention to detail, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Must have transportation and a valid drivers license and submit to a background check. There is a 2 week trial period to make sure this is the right fit for both of us. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is reliable and committed to delivering high-quality results. This is a physical position and I’m willing to compensate properly for the right people/person. Having prior cleaning experience is not needed, but a good attitude and a willingness to work hard and continuously learning and growing…is. This is a team sport. We work together as a team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms to a high standard
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including floor care and carpet cleaning
- Manage housekeeping tasks and ensure that all areas are tidy and organized
- Follow service checklist
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the cleaning service
- Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule that meets the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other members of the cleaning team to ensure that all areas are covered
- Identify and address any cleaning issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping
- Strong housekeeping management skills
- Ability to clean and sanitize effectively
- Knowledge of floor care and carpet cleaning techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move uot to 25lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
