Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for turning garages/basements/patios and other flooring surfaces into an aesthetically appealing surface.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for floor installation or repair by cleaning, grinding, or leveling as necessary
- Apply coatings or painting stem walls
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals or operating machinery
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in floor installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to flooring work
Grinders/Sanders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
