Six Bricks’ CEO/Founder is looking for a loving individual who specializes in montessori child care!
We hope to find someone who can bring even more love, joy, and kindness than there already is! Our CEO/Founder’s needs consist of finding a dedicated care person who is capable and willing to do extensive at home physical therapy with his child. On top of being an on demand nanny, the best person for this role is an established adult who is capable of managing the home for the CEO/Founder. The house management duties are simple, and consist of minor cleaning and potentially proactivity with special projects going on in the home.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Nanny and House Manager at the home of our Six Bricks’ CEO/Founder. The Montessori Nanny and House Manager will be responsible for providing childcare, physical therapy after given instruction, light cleaning, ordering groceries online, and working with the child according to the needs and principles of the parents.
Additionally, the role includes overseeing the management of the household, ensuring the home is well taken care of, and maintaining a nurturing environment.
Qualifications/Additional Job Requirements
- Willing and able to pass several types of background checks now and in the future including, but not limited to: basic background checks, legal history, MVR, and full spectrum drug tests
Willing and able to disclose any and all information pertaining to the following: Driver’s License, a personal insured vehicle, drug/alcohol use)
- Willing and able to safely drive the child to and from pre-planned appointments
- Willing and able to perform basic household chores (Child’s laundry, dusting, vacuuming)
- Proficiency in basic home ownership (mail, dusting, vacuuming, checking for problems and contacting the right people to resolve the issues [I.e. HVAC, water, power])
- Experience working with children and familiarity with Montessori principles
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
- First Aid/CPR certification
