Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent who will also assist with housekeeping occasionally to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. We are small Inn with 7 rooms on premise and a very busy bar. Position is for Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays and occasional weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with housekeepers i.e. strip rooms, make beds, empty garbage cans, stock rooms with waters, coffees, etc.
Skills:
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
