Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming and overseeing all housekeeping operations for a large Select Service hotel, ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement, standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, public areas, and laundry.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- 2 or more years successful experience as a hotel Executive Housekeeper.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
