· Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in commercial buildings - Use specialized tools and equipment to reach and clean windows at various heights - Remove dirt, dust, and grime from windows using cleaning solutions and pressure washing.
· Ensure that windows are streak-free and spotless.
· Clean windows (glass, frames, sills, tracks, and screens).
· Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment while working at various heights.
· Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests.
· Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. (Training is provided).
· Ability to work at heights and comfortable with using ladders or scaffolding. Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high level of cleanliness. No high rise window cleaning!
· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment (if necessary).
· Strong communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs.
· Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Requirements include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
Valid and current Driver’s License with a clean driving license.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
No felonies allowed, must pass a background screening.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
