Janitorial Specialist
Discreetly and without intruding on the day-to-day activities in the building, a day porter will operate in the background to ensure everything is taken care of to the level of satisfaction standards and without intruding on the work that the company need to perform.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep lobbies completely clean
- Keep common areas clean, lobby and upper floors.
- Keep all restrooms clean.
- Refill dispensers on restrooms as necessary.
- Perform continuous touch-point cleaning to reduce the spread of illness by eliminating bacteria and germs.
- Respond quickly to spills and other cleaning emergencies.
- Remove or warn of safety hazards, such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors.
- Remove litter and debris from front, back entrances and parking lot.
