Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Housekeepers with a H2B Visato clean hotel guestrooms, private homes and common areas according to standards, providing the highest level of service to all our guests. Strong focus is placed on attention to detail and quality of service as we strive to surpass all our guests’ needs and expectations. While maintaining a professional image you will be required to identify, show sensitivity and respond to all our guests’ needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction to all our guests. Start Date: November 1, 2024, End Date: April 30, 2025.

Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to “sunny California” since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.
Who you are

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must have the ability to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team.

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Must be able to do shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to push, stoop, stand, bend and lift items weighing 30 pounds repetitively during the entire shift.
What you will do
-
The cleaning of hotel guest rooms, private homes, and common areas as directed.

Cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Stripping beds and changing linens.

Emptying waste baskets, washing windows, and overall presentation,

Daily maintenance of towel, linen, and amenities inventory.

Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $650.00 per month (utilities included). If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $325.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
