Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to loading and unloading of product for the event, some fabricating, pulling orders for the next event, and ability to assemble smal structures (arches, chuppas, and decor). This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work with power tools and hand tools.
Responsibilities:
- General On-site labor to help setup and tear down an event.
- Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with construction projects at designated sites or event locations.
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
