Assistant Manager (Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Speaker)
Objective:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in successfully directing and coordinating all activities in the franchise for growth and development of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 40+ Cleaners along side a team of managers
- Quality Inspections
- Customer Service (answering phones, solving problems, responding to emails, meeting customers in their home to ensure satisfaction of services)
- Estimates for New Customers
- Scheduling (using computer software program)
- Answering incoming calls from both customers and employees
- Following the Detail Clean Process and training new team members on this process
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the successful operation of a The Cleaning Authority franchise office
Critical Numbers:
- Manage critical performance numbers for the team (Goals)
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ Years RESIDENTIAL Cleaning Experience
- Bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Experience Working in a Team Environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for overseeing all functions performed by the office staff. Responsibilities include assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, inspecting homes, and sales.
