We are seeking a House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning and a positive attitude. This position as of right now is independent contractor (1099 taxes)
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the home or commercial space
- Vacuum carpets and upholstery
- Dust and polish furniture
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Mop floors
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to maintain friendly relationships with clients
Must be reliable and consistent
Must have reliable transportation to various homes around Lakewood, Arvada, wheat ridge and Denver.
