Keeps all buildings in clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties to include cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, and removing trash and recyclables. Will also dust, sweep walkways, clean restrooms, clean break room, vacuum, and initiate ordering of paper products and cleaning supplies. Will also follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to ensure safety and prevent damage.
Clean student housing on a weekly basis
Clean and restock restrooms with supplies on a daily basis
Sweep main building daily and vacuum as needed
Wipe down walls
Empty trash at least weekly or more frequently as needed
Clean sidewalks and wash windows as needed
Dust furniture and equipment weekly
Set up, arrange, and remove tables and chairs for special events
Strip, and wax floors in main building as needed
Keep inventory of supplies and initiates placement of orders
