Property Management company seeking a Part-Time Maintenance and Janitorial candidate for Large Homeowner’s Association in Port St Lucie.
Scheduled hours are Monday thru Thursday 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM and Friday’s 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM (29 hours per week) -some flexibility available.
Responsibilities include maintaining community appearance daily which includes the following;
- Janitorial duties - vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning toilets, emptying trash, pool deck/furniture, and overall cleaning checklist.
- Maintenance duties – touch up painting, changing light bulbs, minor repairs, simple plumbing or electrical, pressure washing. Set up/tear down for events.
Candidates must be able to work responsibly and independently. Ability to lift 50lbs.
Good communication and presentation are important due to frequent visibility and interaction with homeowners. We are looking for someone to represent and support the management company and property manager as best as possible. Team player!
