Account Manager
Responsible for but not limited to: Running daily operations. The applicant will be a Site Working Account Manager who requires to be well versed in customer service, be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills, Computer Skills, Industrial work environment experience and well under-pressure. The person most suited for this position has a willingness and desire to advance in the company. Understanding the importance of safety and taking the necessary safety precautions at all times will be job #1. Our ideal candidate will have a set schedule: Monday thru Friday, 3 pm-12:30 am
Activities, Responsibilities and Specific Duties:
- Performs all work in accordance to company policies and regulations.
- Has the ability to work with no supervision.
- Exhibits the ability to follow directions.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and executes tasks without supervision
- Is highly computer literate – is able to create Excel spreadsheets, power point presentations, etc.
- Manages all operations and employees,
- Approves hours weekly through t-sheets
- Enforces policy and procedures; discipline and suspend employees
- Participates in interviewing, make hiring decisions, and train new hires
- Communicates hiring requirements to company Recruiter and participates in recruiting events Provides guidance, assistance, leadership, and training to other personnel in the performance of their duties. Responsible for helping to create material lists for all projects assigned
- Facilitates and coordinates work assignments to all Staff of all crews at all locations with direct oversite.
- Trains, instructs, and assigns work to the crews
- Adjusts work schedule as required Performs minor supply/equipment lifting and moving; stages jobs
- Enters inspections and projects into reporting systems for designated accounts
- Provides on-site supervision for large projects
- Inspects work in progress and upon completion. Maintains distribution and delivery of supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintains good client relations. Resolves all customer issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot situations; Identifies and resolves issues utilizing systematic problem solving methods.
- Swiftly executes corrective action.Position Requirements:
- Strong Computer Skills. Must be adept in all Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to assist the team in the daily schedule.
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver Licenses with a clean (driving) record.
- Must have a clean criminal background.
- This is a drug-free environment; must be able to pass a drug test prior to hire, and at random.

- Bachelors Degree Preferred in related field
