Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee field operations for restoration projects, including, mold remediation, fire restoration and water damage restoration.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work. At times initial inspections to determine the scope of work and secure a Work Authorization will be necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to field technicians, including training on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Ensure that accurate project documentation, including daily reports, work orders, and material inventory is being done.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a strong background in mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, and general building restoration.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment commonly used in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for safety and quality control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
