**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning techniques and housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff. - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. - Ensure cleanliness standards are met in all areas of the establishment. - Train new employees on proper cleaning protocols. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control. - Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally. **Skills:** - Experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, and custodial services. - Proficiency in housekeeping management within hotels or hospitality settings. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities. - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
