Job Duties:
The Lead Technician is responsible for daily supervision of team, providing direction, training team members as needed, assisting team with completing tasks, ensuring safety procedures are followed. Communicates with Mitigation Manager/Project Manager on status of projects. Completes and submits daily work summaries providing status of job.
Project Supervision on all assigned duties for the day.
Reviews each work order for the day ensuring the team has the appropriate materials, tools, PPE, equipment.
Constant communication throughout the day with the Mitigation Manager or Field Supervisor.
Ensures assigned vehicle is stocked with the proper supplies and equipment needed for the day.
Vehicle cleaned out, stocked and ready for any new losses or the next day services.
Packets/ paperwork filled out completely and turned into the Mitigation Manager daily.
Weekly cleaning duties are completed by you and your Assistant.
Equipment/ supplies are cleaned and maintained daily before they are returned to the inventory.
Warehouse is always kept clean and organized.
Parking lots/ storage lots are always kept cleaned and organized.
Maintenance is up to date on your assigned vehicle.
Making sure you and your Assistant are on time daily for work.
Truck mount or portable (if applicable) is always cleaned and serviced.
Always has PPE bags and proper personal protective equipment for each project.
Communication with homeowner or responsible party for the project.
Communication with the Mitigation Manager, Field Supervisor, and Project Managers on their assigned projects.
Appropriate photos are taken and sent to CPR Photos email.
Wrap up with Mitigation Manager or Field Supervisor once you are completed with every project daily, this will need to happen before you leave the job site.
