Lakewood National Golf Club has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Maintenance Tech. LWNGC is a premier Golf Community with 900 beautifully manicured acres and 1,500 homes. We are searching for a dynamic person to fill this role. The candidate will be able to make minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed and perform routine building inspections, including HVAC, air vents, electrical, and plumbing.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections on regular equipment and systems including pools, hot tubs, and general equipment for the facility, as well as unscheduled maintenance tasks and respond to requests regularly, including assessing the nature of the emergency and identifying the resources needed to resolve the problem. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to communicate outstanding issues or problems in completing assigned tasks General cleaning duties are also required. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY.
