The Dishwasher will ensure the highest quality of kitchen cleanliness; duties will include cleaning and sanitizing, maintaining equipment, utensils, tools and dishes.
Responsibilities:
Dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
Helps keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoots breakdowns, maintains supplies, and performs preventative maintenance.
Maintains appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils.
Participates fully in environmental sustainability initiative, including recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation.
Professional appearance, positive attitude.
