Pay Rate: $21/hour (1099 Basis)
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable part-time cleaning staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various residential and commercial, or rental properties in the Sarasota Bradenton area, as well as Anna Maria Island and Lido Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is required.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites within the service area.
