SERVPRO of Beverly Hills-Westwood is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to team with our HR department to help fulfill our increasing staffing needs. This position will be responsible for recruitment efforts across multiple growing businesses both in and out of California.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager plans, develops, manages, and oversees talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for multiple business units.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fills senior-level positions, including mid-management and hard-to-fill positions
- Works closely with hiring managers to identify short- and long-term staffing needs
- Develop and sustain talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Partner with Human Resources Manager to implement and promote employee referral programs
- Use HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools to track and onboard talent
- Source and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
- Design and execute hiring selection processes by conducting interviews, administering assessments, etc.
- Review employment applications and background check reports
- Identifies and successfully resolves bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Conducts candidate experience surveys and reports findings to the Human Resources Manager and suggests procedures for improvement
- Identifies and utilizes appropriate sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar recruitment events
- Create measures and report recruiting KPIs
REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Thorough understanding of recruiting metrics and timely reporting

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree a plus
- Three to five years of high-level full-cycle recruiting experience is required, preferably in a Talent Acquisition Manager role
