**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial, commercial cleaning, post construction cleaning, and/or move out cleaning to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for our clients.
**Duties:**
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of germs
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in custodial and commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Good communication skills
