Position Description/Summary:
The Cleaning and Grounds Technician is an important support position that is key to the successful operation of the property to the standards expected by ownership and management. The successful candidate will be supporting site staff in a variety of tasks of varying skill levels and will contribute to maintaining the integrity and appearance of the buildings, facilities, and grounds of an affordable property. Being a team player is important for this role due to the need to work closely and cohesively with the site manager, maintenance technician, vendors, and residents to achieve the goals for the property set forth by the company and the owners. Our mission is to provide safe, sanitary housing to the residents and this position plays an integral role. Regular and consistent punctuality and attendance are required for success in this role.
The Cleaning and Grounds Technician reports to the Area Community Manager.
