Prosper Real Estate is looking for a hard-working and trustworthy team member to become our Cleaning technician in Wausau area. Attention to detail is a necessity. Prosper continues to expand as a property management company and is seeking help with managing all of the apartment turnover cleaning needs of our locations in the Wausau area.
Duties Include:
Purchase supplies for turnovers and common cleaning and keep cleaning supply/equipment inventory updated, organized and accounted for at all times at the properties
Detail cleaning, ability to remove windows, faucets, bathroom exhaust, light fixtures, etc. to thoroughly clean unit for next tenant to occupy
Time management - schedule and complete necessary unit cleans within timeframe needed between occupancies
Ensure properties' common areas and exterior grounds are up kept neat and clean
Steam carpets, treat stains, apply pet enzyme treatment, where appropriate. Coordination of carpet extraction when necessary (with our maintenance team)
Basic Maintenance Knowledge - small stuff like replacing a toilet seat, light bulb, oven exhaust filters, unclog drains, etc.
Help other team members when needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
