Job Title: Cleaners
Overview:
Are you a cleaning company looking for additional work? Will subcontract residential move out cleaning jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks required to complete move out cleanings such as:
Cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, light fixtures, fans, woodwork, windows and floors so residence is clean and sanitized in preparation for new tenants to move in.
Qualifications:
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
-Proven experience in commercial residential cleaning or related field
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to perform
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
