We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join The Bin Spa Team! We are looking for a driven, coachable, reliable, and outgoing individual to join us as a regional manager over your assigned area. You will be starting off right at the top of the totem poll within our company and will be put in a leadership and decision making position from day 1.
The perfect candidate is somebody who is driven to earn and grow within the company, who has experience in leadership and sales or who is willing to put in the work to learn, who is comfortable driving a larger truck, who enjoys interacting with customers, who is mechanically inclined and can maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and who can be trusted to work autonomously and independently throughout the week.
The Bin Spa has been cleaning trash bins and power washing in Bell County for nearly 4 years! As we grow within Bell County and Williamson County and grow our new service divisions, we need driven team members to join our vibrant and energetic team.
We are based out of Salado TX. You will be responsible for maintaining your assigned truck, completing that days assigned jobs, and closing out daily processes.
Our business operates Tuesday-Saturday. We are seeking a full time team member. Days start between 6-8am (depending on the day) at our Salado shop, and last between 6-8 hours.
You must be comfortable driving a larger truck and handling powerwashing equipment. You do not need experience with power washing as long as you are friendly, approachable, coachable, and can think critically. This job also requires lots of movement and often picking up heavier items so you must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
You will be given sales training and opportunities on top of regular duties to sell our services and earn an uncapped commision. You do not need sales experience, just to be proffesional and coachable.
```Duties```
- Drives and Operates Power Washing and Trash Bin Cleaning Trucks
- Conducts Power Washing Services to residentail and commercial properties
- Conducts Bin Cleaning services to residential, commercial, and trash haulers locations
- Helps our sales team grow the business.
- Cleans and Maintains your assigned truck and equipment.

- direct experience means very little to us. We can train you on our tasks, we just need to make sure you are friendly, proffesional, coachable, and a good driver.
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
- Knowledge of tools and basic equipment repair.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-$700-$800/week starting (40 hours).
