Supervisor - Housekeeping Manager Essential Job Functions · Servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures · Stocking cart with room supplies · Replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies · Consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the stands of cleanliness for the brand · Removing trash and dirty linens from the rooms · Sweeping, cleaning, and vacuuming floors as well as hallways and stairways · Reporting maintenance problems · Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc., in public areas, such as lobby, pool, and public restrooms · Offers guest assistance whenever possible Additional Responsibilities · Any other duties assigned by Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements · Must have strong attention to detail · Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members both verbally and in written form · Able to work independently · Self-motivated · Able to work in a fast-paced environment · Will be required to work holidays and weekends Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
