Summary/Objective
As a Housekeeper Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of housekeeping staff and ensures that the facility is clean and sanitized for all. The Housekeeping Supervisor will maintain superior standards of presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel while ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all guests.
Essential Functions

Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.

Establishes the schedule and plans daily work assignments.

Trains and coaches employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning.

Manages customer housekeeping problems.

Inspects and approves staff work performance.

Demonstrates leadership and training to staff.

Communicates effectively with staff.

Meets goals of production.

Develops and trains staff on policy.

Orders cleaning materials and maintain budget.

Perform any other duties assign by his/her manager.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days vary based on business needs. This includes weekends, holidays, evenings and/or overnight shifts.
Required Education and Experience

A minimum of (2) year of housekeeping experience.

A minimum of (1) years of supervisor experience preferred.

High School education preferred.

Able to speak and understand basic English.

Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment to resolve issues.
