The Manufacturing Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and containers used in the production area, and for maintaining the washing area in an orderly condition at all times.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain the areas for which you are responsible in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
- Requisition cleaning materials needed from warehouse. Verify all materials received are correct.
- Dispense cleaning materials accurately and label all cleaning solution containers appropriately.
- Complete appropriate logbooks for areas and equipment cleaned.
- Assures that all cleaned containers are clean, dry and labeled prior to storage.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner according to established procedures.
- Label and dispose rejected materials appropriately.
- Perform all duties in accordance with applicable SOP's, cGMPs, and safety instructions in order to consistently produce quality results.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor in all areas as directed.
