Established in 2023, Blue Heart Pools is a locally-owned residential pool cleaning service catering to South Tampa, Harbour Island, and Davis Islands. We specialize in maintaining pristine pool water through regular cleanings, filter care, and water chemistry adjustments.

We have an immediate opening for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Residential Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing local pool company exclusively in the heart of South Tampa.
As a pool technician, you will perform regular maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and equipment inspections.
The current route of 65 pools over 4 days, Tuesday through Friday with room for growth.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Clean and maintain pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and scrubbing
Perform regular filter cleaning and backwashes
Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure water quality and safety
Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
Identify any equipment issues
Utilize Skimmer app for your routing and customer communication
Requirements:
Prior pool maintenance experience
MUST have a valid driver's license AND reliable transportation
CLEAN driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including crouching, kneeling, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
$750-800/week
