Pool Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools and related equipment
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Vacuum and skim pools to remove debris
- Repair or replace pool equipment, such as valves, motors, and timers (Training Available)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Skills:
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in pool maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with pool equipment
- Attention to detail to ensure proper chemical balance in pools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Note: Previous experience as a pool technician or in a similar role is highly preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
