Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Field Services Representative to join our team. The Franchise Field Services Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting our franchise network and ensuring the success of our franchisees. From providing operational guidance to fostering strong client relationships, the Franchise Field Services Representative will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability across our franchise system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess franchisee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and service plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with franchisee training and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track franchisee performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and drive customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset by proactively seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exemplify traits of selflessness, confidence, and compassion in interactions with franchisees and their customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the franchising or commercial cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of business operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and customer service.
- Ability to travel extensively to visit franchise locations within the assigned territory.
- Franchise management experience is a plus.
