We are growing again!!! Come, join a great team and grow with us. We are currently looking for a cleaning person to provide cleaning at an office building in North Miami Beach. This person must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH. We are looking for Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm.
Cleaners Responsibilities:
- Sweep & mop or vacuum floors
- Be able to communicate to the customers in English
- Clean bathrooms
- Change Light Bulbs - ok with using a ladder
- Touch Up Painting
- Dust
- Empty trash
- Clean Elevators
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Self-motivation, the ability to identify & complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to receive feedback and apply to the work.
- Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Must be able to download the ADP app on your phone.
