We are looking for professional individual or team of 2 people to join our cleaning crew.
WHO WE ARE:
Our company provides deep move-out cleaning services to clients in the Tampa Bay Area.
The homes we clean are vacant properties... they come to us in various conditions. Some have been well maintained and simply need a good dusting and wipe down. Others have been neglected and require a heavy amount of scrubbing and elbow grease. No matter the condition we find them in, our company always delivers a "white glove" quality product.
Scheduled cleans are very time sensitive. The clean must be completed the day it is scheduled on, and ready for inspection the following morning.
We pay a flat rate of $250 - $350 depending on size. An average size home is 2,000 sqft, which pays $250.
We provide all of our teams with a cleaning checklist for reference. If any items on the checklist are missed we will ask you to return immediately to complete the items.
We pay weekly on Fridays.
All crews are paid as 1099 contractors.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A professional hard-working individual or team of two who has prior house cleaning experience. This is labor intensive work. Be ready to break a sweat.
You MUST have your own vehicle and cleaning supplies. We can provide a suggested list of supplies if needed.
