Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician Supervisor to join our team providing service for the largest resort in the Southeastern United States, located in Longboat Key, FL. As a Pool Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and in proper working condition. If you have a passion for pool maintenance and possess mechanical knowledge, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise pool technicians on-site
-Perform regular pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing
- Inspect and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out maintenance tasks
- Conduct water testing to maintain proper chemical levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports
Qualifications:
- Must live within 30 minutes of Longboat Key, FL.
-Must be a licensed driver in the state of Florida (company truck provided).
-Proven experience in pool maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of equipment repair and service technician experience is a plus
