We are looking for cleaners for the Montreal area. Our company is a cheerleader for all of our NEV cleaners. We are ONLY looking for people that SEE the things others miss. The ones that go into homes & just have to fix the towels if they’re not pretty. The ones that walk into public spaces & cringe. We are looking for individuals that already know how to clean & have professionally cleaned or know how to deeply clean a home. If you have zero or little cleaning experience, we are currently not able to hire anyone needing a lot of training at this time.Founded in 2014, Nettoyage Eco Vert is an eco-friendly, zero-waste cleaning business. We are an independent business with independent staff, and we’re looking for well-seasoned cleaners to join our team. With NEV’s flexible scheduling, you get to decide what days you would like to work.
Rate of pay is $17 to $18/hour until you receive your kit & then you’re increased to a minimum of $19/hour. Once an employee shows they understand the cleaning supplies well, executes the work well & shows potential for excellence there’s an increase to $20/hour. Through the hiring process you will be well informed of the products we use, how to use them & the pay structure, base rate & bonuses. The pay cap is currently a base rate of $23/hour for those that have been employed with NEV for a set amount of time.
English is necessary for this position, and French will be considered a plus (but not needed.)
