Job Description
This position, located in Denver, CO, is responsible for embroidering and heat pressing uniforms, hats, outerwear, and other accessories. This position provides support to the processing department as necessary to meet company objectives. We are willing to provide training to develop required skills for the position!
Compensation Information
- Pay Range: $17.00 - 20.00 / hour

Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Sew utilizing all available industrial embroidery machines, including a heat press
- Mark and setup garments in hoops for embroidery
- Follow established designs and specifications, and create new designs and specifications as necessary.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate embroidery logs.
- Assist with the check-in of new thread, materials, hardware, etc.
- Assist with material inventory counts.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean personal workspace.
- Maintain well-organized and clean shared workspaces.
- Calibrate and setup embroidery machines
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines
- Communicate with sewing lead and/or facility manager to reorder materials and supplies.
- Assist with facility cleaning.
- Cooperate and share information with team members.
- Continuously educate yourself.

- Participate in and contribute to group projects.
- Train team members as requested by the store manager.
- Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
Pre-requisite Core Competencies
- Capable of following established designs and specifications.
- Capable of lifting and handling elements that can weigh up to 10 pounds each.
- Embroidery machine operation.
- Knowledge of embroidery machines/software/principals
- Knowledge of computers and design software
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Self-starter with willingness to do whatever is necessary to support the team.
- Demonstrated good judgement and a high degree of integrity.
- A history of continuing professional and personal development.
Requirements
- Strong hooping and embroidery ability.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
- Strong organizational skills.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Work history in embroidery on various machines.
- Working in an environment where meeting quick turnaround times is critical.
- Knowledge and experience with various fabrics and materials.
Experience Preferred
- Experience with various industrial embroidery machines
- Experience creating designs and lettering
- Experience with digitizing images
- Experience with Graphic Design
