Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting in overseeing the proper and smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department. This may be in guest rooms or public areas of the hotel.

Inspect all areas of the hotel to ensure they are properly cleaned. Provide feedback to Housekeepers as needed.

Assist with proper training of all housekeeping staff.

Coach employees on proper cleaning procedures.

Assist with weekly/monthly inventories of supplies and equipment.

Assist with cleaning rooms or lobby, as needed.

Will use company email to read and reply to email.

Previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.

Must be able to read, speak and write in English.

Knowledge and use of portable electronic devices such as smartphone or tablets.

Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint experience desirable.
