As the Customer Service Representative, you provide superior customer service and a can-do attitude with all customers and co-workers. The majority of the job will be assisting customers with U-Haul rentals inside and outside of the office. You will also assist storage customers with their needs and new rentals when necessary. Typical schedule is 20-25 hours per week and will require schedule flexibility, with the ability to work weekends.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Work independently; spend time both inside and outside our property offices
- Make sure your customers have a positive experience
- Assist customers with U-Haul rentals, products, and services
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Clean and Inspect Equipment
- Recommend storage solutions and assist customers in storage needs
- Perform cleaning and maintenance, such as keeping surfaces and high-touch areas clean; sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, and washing windows
- Answer customer calls about their rentals or storage account and collect payments
- Take pride in the appearance of your property; maintain a clean nd debris free location
- Sell packing and moving supplies
- Exceed company goals and expectations at your assigned properties and get rewarded for it!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of sales experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Driver's License preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
