Location: Bradenton, FL
Reports to: Property Manager
· Compensation for this part-time position is $20 - $22 per hour.
· Monday – Friday – 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Hours flexible.
· Must have dependable transportation.
· Valid Florida driver’s license required.
· Gas allowance provided in addition to hourly wage.
Basic Functions:
A. Cleaning of the building common areas, breezeways, and hallways.
B. Duties to include sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, and proper removal of trash.
C. Maintain the cleanliness of the interior & exterior of the building.
D. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
E. Duties to be carried out in a safe manner following property and OSHA safety guidelines.
D. Replacement of property light bulb fixtures & ceiling tiles.
E. Touch up painting as needed.
F. Carry a cell phone and respond to calls from the office and management.
G. Compliance with established policies and procedures in maintaining the entire physical property.
H. Assist in all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative.
Qualification & Skills:
· Detail oriented and capable of carrying out multiple tasks.
· Able to problem solve and resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Typical physical activity to include, but not limited to standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, kneeling, working in confined areas, reaching overhead, grasping, pushing, pulling carts & carrying equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Typical environmental condition includes but not limited to inside and outside areas of a commercial building, which could include working in general offices, property grounds, around large machinery, variations in temperature, noise, humidity & weather conditions.
