As a Start-Up Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying services sales opportunities for new and prior customers.
Start-Up Specialists may occasionally work outdoors and will be trained on pool cleaning and chemical services. During slow season, Start-Up Specialist’s maybe responsible for the maintenance and service of pools.
- Acquire suitable residential reoccurring service customers.
- Re-acquire returning customers.
- Reach out to sold accounts and AR cancelled accounts, with the intent to re-activate service.
- In the slow season, specialists are required to assist branch managers with any supervisory related tasks including route coverage.
Requirements
- Pool chemistry and circulation
- Equipment pad operation
- Basic computer literacy
- Proper communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent customer service
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records).
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
